Description

Updates dependencies on the examples to ensure they're still up to date.

Notes:
On react native I only addressed security vulnerabilities and didn't update the deps because I don't feel comfortable on native. However, those deps are relatively up to date already.
I didn't touch the storybook example at all because I couldn't get it to run (npm run storybook).
